Stonecrop Lodge lies nestled snugly in the rolling hills surrounding White River near the world famous Kruger National Park in the Lowveld of Mpumalanga, South AfricaThis restful retreat is set among a veritable forest of large and
 beautiful indigenous trees frequented by a large variety of birds and some small animals.  

The lodge will be the right place for you if you want to reconnect with nature and yearn for time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the challenges that are part of it. The tranquility and peaceful atmosphere which is so characteristic of this establishment is jealously guarded and only the bush-babies are allowed to disturb guests!

Warm South African hospitality is extended to all guests, whether travelling for business or for pleasure. When planning a visit to the Lowveld region, Stonecrop is the perfect place at which to stay. The lodge is situated twelve minutes from the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, and is close to Kruger National Park and Nelspruit.

The country towns 
Barberton, Kaapschehoop, Sabie, Pilgrim's Rest, Graskop, Hazyview and Malelane as well as world famous tourist attractions like God's Windowthe Blyde River Canyon, and Bourke's Luck Potholes, are all within 
easy day-excursion distances from the centrally located venue. 

Accommodation is offered in five self-catering flatlets each with a private entrance, furnished with all the amenities any guest could need, at competitive and affordable rates. 

Stonecrop is just six hundred meters away from the popular country restaurant and bar, Da Loose Mongoose. It is also ideally situated for guests attending weddings or functions at any of the numerous neighbouring establishments in the area. 

Last but not least, Stonecrop is the perfect place to catch one's breath while attending the annual Afrikaans arts- and culture festival, Innibos. Located twenty-odd kilometers from the centre of Nelspruit, Stonecrop is just far enough away from the festivities to afford guests a quiet, well-deserved night's rest after a day of rocking the 'Afrikaners-is-plesierig' way!
